Responsibilities
Deliver on-the-job nursing training and development programs for staff.
Track training impact using KPIs and pipelines for progress visibility.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all training activities.
Design and implement L&D curricula aligned with performance metrics.
Assess learner needs and map them to targeted development plans.
Provide coaching and mentoring to nurses for clinical and professional growth.
Design instructional materials, job aids, and eLearning resources.
Facilitate onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire throughput.
Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and succession paths.
Manage contract training calendar and ensure timely delivery of sessions.
Facilitate high-visibility learning projects within a results-driven environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Nursing L&D: design and deliver on-the-job nursing training programs.
Regulatory compliance: ensure all training activities meet healthcare standards.
KPI-driven evaluation: track training impact with defined performance metrics.
Curriculum design: develop L&D curricula aligned with performance targets.
Needs assessment: analyze learner needs and map to development plans.
Coaching and mentoring: provide clinical and professional growth guidance.
Instructional materials: create job aids and eLearning resources.
Onboarding facilitation: accelerate new-hire throughput via structured programs.
Leadership collaboration: identify skill gaps and succession paths with leaders.
Contract training calendar: manage scheduling and timely session delivery.
High-visibility projects: lead impactful learning initiatives in a results-driven environment.
On-site focus: readiness to work in an on-site contract role with available facilities.
