What Youll Do:
- Provide high-quality critical care and monitor acutely ill patients in the ICU.
- Utilize the Nursing Process for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC and other electronic health records.
- Adapt care approaches to meet individual patient needs and backgrounds.
- Lead and delegate responsibilities to appropriate team members while managing resources efficiently.
- Ensure safety and compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
What You Need:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP from the American Heart Association
- Experience with EPIC documentation
- Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting, standing, and working in a fast-paced environment
