This is a full-time direct hire RN Case Manager position overseeing one floor of a 54-room assisted living and memory care community. The role is responsible for approximately 17–19 residents and includes both resident care oversight and floor management duties, including addressing security-related issues as needed. The schedule is 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays off. Compensation ranges from $41.82 to $54.00 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must have at least five years of experience working with residents in an assisted living or memory care setting and possess strong leadership and operational management skills.
