What You’ll Do:
Deliver coordinated nursing care for behavioral health patients according to established standards and the nursing process
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and wellness
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs
Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Supervise and delegate responsibilities to assigned nursing staff as appropriate
Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
What You’ll Bring:
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
BLS/CPR certification required
Acute care or behavioral health experience preferred
BSN preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
Ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced psychiatric setting
