In this Retail Sales Representative role, you will work inside busy local retail locations, engaging with customers face-to-face to introduce Frontier’s internet and communication services. You’ll help customers compare options, answer questions, and guide them through a quick and easy enrollment process.

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Representative
- Provide friendly, professional face-to-face customer service within retail settings.
- Educate customers about Frontier's internet and communication services, and explain the available options clearly.
- Help customers evaluate service packages and choose solutions that fit their needs.
- Guide customers through the full service enrollment process, including completing digital forms and confirming service details.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments within the CRM system.
- Track key performance metrics and collaborate with the Retail Sales Representative team to improve customer engagement and conversion results.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and a positive retail experience for customers.
What We’re Looking For in a Retail Sales Representative
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain products in a clear, simple way.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
- Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the local office and retail locations.
- Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
