Shift: Nights 3x12s (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holidays: Some required

This is a high-acuity academic Level I trauma center environment.

< Clinical Expectations

They are specifically looking for:

Adult ED experience
Pediatric patient experience
Level I or Level II trauma background (preferred but highly competitive if present)
Ability to function independently with minimal orientation

This is not a low-volume community ER. Candidates must be comfortable in high-acuity, fast-paced trauma settings.

Hard Requirements

Active New York RN license
BLS certification
Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care ER experience (within last 2 years)
Experience in hospital of equal or greater size/trauma designation
Clean license history
No malpractice/defendant history
Pass drug screen & background

= Charting

• EPIC experience preferred (strong advantage if recent)
