Description:
Start-Up opportunity. You’ll lead the launch for a women’s-health device in major metro regions. This is a hands-on, build-and-grow role. You will:- Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing network of independent (1099) surgical reps/distributors.
- Personally call on OB/GYNs, MFMs, OB hospitalists, and key hospital/IDN customers.
- Manage your pipeline from qualification to close, forecast reliably, and deliver revenue results.
- Navigate hospital value-analysis and formulary committees, identify and engage KOLs, and drive utilization of the device across your region.
- Lead regional field trainings and initial OR case set-ups, then scale to self-sufficient sites.
- Collaborate with company leadership to refine launch playbooks, messaging, and tools to support the field

Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of medical device or related medical sales experience with women’s-health focus involving OB/L&D.
- Proven track record opening new business in hospital settings (value analysis, OR, utilization growth).
- Strong network with OB/GYNs, MFMs, hospital L&D leadership, and/or hospital systems; experience developing and working with KOLs.
- Experience recruiting, training, or managing sales reps or distributors (1099 or similar third-party channel) is highly desired but not required.
- Startup mentality: ability to build process, document and refine plays, raise the bar, and work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
