We're seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee diverse communities, including affordable, conventional, and student housing.
In partnership with the Head of Asset Management, you will lead teams, manage finances, ensure property standards, enhance resident experiences, and uphold safety and compliance.
Your responsibilities include recruiting and coaching teams, driving financial performance, overseeing property operations, delivering excellent service, and ensuring regulatory adherence, with a focus on LIHTC experience.
Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years multi-site leadership, property management credentials, and strong LIHTC knowledge.
Compensation includes base pay and quarterly bonuses.
