Regional Maintenance Supervisor - Inland Empire Region | San Fernando Valley, CA

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a skilled Regional Maintenance Supervisor (RMS) as we grow in the Inland Empire Region in San Fernando Valley, CA. This person will supervise maintenance and capital improvement projects for assigned apartment communities. The RMS will oversee capital improvements, general maintenance operations, and maintenance associate training.
This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $80,000 - $85,000 per year + Up to 12% additional compensation with bonus program.
