Note: Candidates must have at least 1 year of real estate transactional paralegal experience. Experience with residential or commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, due diligence, and closing support is strongly preferred.

Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and organize real estate transaction documents
  • Assist attorneys with residential and commercial real estate closings
  • Conduct due diligence and help ensure files are accurate, complete, and moving forward
  • Coordinate title insurance documentation and communicate with title companies, lenders, clients, and other parties
  • Track deadlines, closing requirements, and transaction milestones
  • Maintain organized files and help ensure a smooth transaction process from opening through closing
  • Support attorneys and paralegals with real estate and banking-related matters
  • Communicate professionally with clients, outside counsel, lenders, and internal team members

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of real estate transactional paralegal experience required
  • Experience with residential or commercial real estate transactions strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with title insurance, closing documents, and due diligence
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a busy legal environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working on-site as part of a collaborative legal team
  • Proficiency with legal, document management, and office software tools
