Immediate Opportunities for Quality Technicians Level l and ll in Corona, CA Shifts available: schedule is 7:30 AM start time, and QC II is 8:30 AM start time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Reads and understands complex drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics as part of the inspection process. • Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products according to defined procedures and quality standards. • Inspects high volume of items efficiently in a short period of time. Organizes and prioritizes inspection jobs for better efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the proper release of inspected and accepted items. • Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards, and recommend appropriate actions. • Utilizes all resources to effectively ensure safe inspection of items. (visual, tightness, dimensions, continuity, and any type of voltage tests.) • Completes, files, and maintains accurate and up-to-date inspection records, including test results, reports, and documentation of inspections performed. • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues, providing support and guidance on quality control procedures. • Participate in internal audits and assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives. • Monitor and verify compliance with the companyâs requirements and standards. • Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment and tools. • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to quality control. • Detail-oriented evaluation of RMAâs and delivering clear and concise reports. • Abides by all rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook. • Sustains 5S in workstations. • Performs other duties/tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Salary Description $26.54-28.66K
