Job Title: Quality Line Inspector
Location: Livermore, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Line Inspector to ensure safe, high-quality products through in-process inspections, equipment calibration, sanitation audits, and documentation review. You will work closely with production teams to uphold GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect production lines, materials, packaging, and finished goods
Perform GMP, hygiene, and sanitation audits
Calibrate test equipment and verify batch accuracy
Monitor allergen control, ATP testing, and microbiological sampling
Document nonconformities and ensure corrective actions are taken
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
1–2 years in quality or production environment (food/pharma preferred)
Knowledge of cGMPs, HACCP, and Allergen Control strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
Combination of warehouse and office settings; exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and allergens. PPE required.
