Our client is seeking a QC Lab Technician for their growing analytical department in Middletown, NJ.
Pay rate: $26/hour with a $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift.
Shifts available: M-F, 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM (occasional Saturdays) or M-F, 3:15 PM - 11:30 PM (occasional Saturdays).
Job Summary: The QC Lab Technician ensures accurate laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products, supports quality control, and maintains compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, calibrate and troubleshoot instruments, maintain standards, follow safety protocols, collect and analyze data, resolve routine issues, and document activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in Chemistry or related field, 1-3 years of analytical chemistry experience, bench chemistry/color matching skills, GMP knowledge preferred, cosmetics industry experience strongly preferred, and strong integrity and communication skills.
