Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

This position will assist with organizing and participating in meetings, maintaining a resource calendar, and provide other administrative support for the Division. Will also serve as one of the points of contact for foremen in the field and helps to ensure we are fully staffed in the field.

Job Duties:

• Maintain and monitoring bid schedule, project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
• Organize, attend and participate in meetings
• Balance divisions resources to address critical actions items
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Ensure project deadlines are met
• Provide administrative support including bonding & insurance coordination
• Undertake tasks as required
• Ensure projects adhere to framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Assess project risks and issues, and offers suggestions for solutions where applicable
• Maintain a resource calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
• Serve as point of contact for fabricated products with customers.
• Arrange shipping with customers of fabricated products
• Cultivate and work with sub-contractors, vendors, and customers in a professional manner
• May be required to travel to jobsites to monitor and assess work practices and procedures

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in business or related field of study or three years' experience in related field
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge in file management and other administrative procedures
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
