Seeking an experienced Food Production Manager for a correctional food service facility in Amarillo, TX.
Responsibilities include providing detailed training on kitchen equipment and recipes, supervising 5 to 12 inmate trustees (non-violent offenders) in food preparation and meal service, and maintaining high sanitation standards using trustee labor.
The role requires prolonged standing (approximately 80% of the time) and involves shifts from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. or 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
