We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our hospitality team.
In this role, you'll follow daily prep lists, prepare and portion various meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients, and ensure all food meets quality standards. You'll maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and adhere to safety regulations.
Requirements include at least one year of kitchen prep and line cook experience, positive attitude, effective communication, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
