Working Title: Patient Service Representative Department/Unit: Client Call Center Hybrid (onsite 1-2 times a month); they also are required to do onboarding onsite Location when onsite: 8000 Marina Blvd, 8th Floor, Brisbane, CA Shift Time: It will either be 8:00am 4:30pm or 8:30am 5:00pm (TBD) Weekends Required: No Job duties (front desk, back office, PC, admin or call center, etc.): Call Center supporting our Ambulatory Clinical Home Teams Estimated number of calls per day: Approximately 50+ calls per day Education and experience: High School graduate or equivalent with four years related experience; or college degree and 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
