YourJourney  

• Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, andstocked at all times 

• Provide exceptional customer service toguestsby greeting guests, addressing inquiries, andassistingwithtowels and water 

• Complete the set up and break down of all service cabanas asdesignatedby management 

• Performwalk through of the pool area monitoring andcleaning pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to ensure an impeccableand inviting environment 

• Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities to enhance guest comfort and enjoyment 

• Promote poolside amenities and services, such as food and beverage offerings, cabana rentals, and poolside entertainment 

• Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage, recreation, and guest services, to ensure seamless guest experiences  

• Deliver onguests’expectationsand have thedesireto create WOW moments 

• Performadditionalduties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves  

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays 

• Team oriented  

• Basic communication skills 

• Hotel experience, a plus

Physical Requirements  

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over 

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift 

• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi- regular basis
