In this role, you will create innovative menus and prepare high-quality pizzas.
Responsibilities include hand stretching pizza crust up to 20 inches, making dough from scratch, hand tossing, using equipment like meat slicers and dough machines, supervising team members, managing inventory, and following food safety regulations.
Qualifications include previous pizza-making experience, preferred ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification, advanced culinary knowledge, strong leadership and time management skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
