The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is an independent contractor role supporting patients using the LifeVest wearable defibrillator.
Preferred candidates include healthcare professionals such as RN, EMT, Paramedic, EMS, Firefighter, PA, MA, Phlebotomy, RCIS, CVT, EKG Technician, among others, with at least 1 year of documented patient care experience.
The PSR trains patients and caregivers on equipment setup, measurement, and usage, manages inventory, schedules fittings, and conducts follow-up visits, including home visits if needed. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and willingness to pay for additional training. The role involves detailed documentation, disclosure of personal relationships with referral sources, and timely submission of patient agreements.
