Oversee daily parts operations, team leadership, and departmental workflow
Manage inventory control, vendor relations, and parts sourcing
Drive efficiency and profitability through performance analysis and improvements
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L responsibilities
Collaborate with service and sales departments to align business goals
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience in parts management within the truck/diesel industry
Proven leadership of 10 or more team members
Strong background in inventory management, operations, and vendor negotiations
Demonstrated success with budgeting and profit & loss oversight
Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary: $90,000 – $105,000
Incentive / Commission Program $ 25,000 to 75,000
