Responsibilities:- Oversee daily parts operations, team leadership, and departmental workflow
- Manage inventory control, vendor relations, and parts sourcing
- Drive efficiency and profitability through performance analysis and improvements
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L responsibilities
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to align business goals
Ideal Candidate:- 5+ years of experience in parts management within the truck/diesel industry
- Proven leadership of 10 or more team members
- Strong background in inventory management, operations, and vendor negotiations
- Demonstrated success with budgeting and profit & loss oversight
Compensation & Perks:- Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
