Essential duties include engaging with visitors, researching and guiding them based on preferences, promoting local businesses and events, maintaining the center's appearance, stocking brochures, and handling inquiries via email and phone.
Requirements include strong communication, problem-solving skills, knowledge of Wyoming's geography and attractions, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays, lift 30+ pounds, and have basic computer skills.
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service or public relations experience.
