Join our team as a Processor and play a vital role in preparing donated goods for sale in our thrift stores, supporting community programs.
- Sort, tag, and price merchandise following established guidelines.
- Track and report production numbers and assist in moving merchandise to sales floors or shipping areas.
- Assist donors with donations, complete receipts, and collect donor information.
- Receive trucks, load, unload, and direct products appropriately.
- Maintain clean work and storage spaces while meeting daily processing goals.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a professional appearance.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or are pursuing one, possess basic computer, math, and communication skills, and can lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Training is provided, with expectations to achieve proficiency within 3 months. Success includes meeting production goals, maintaining organization, and collaborating effectively. This part-time role offers $13.73 - $15.73/hour for 29 hours weekly.
