Position Type: 1.5 Year  contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need

Shift:1stHours may vary based on workload, ranging from approximately 10–20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week.

Position Overview:
The Credit Analyst Assistant supports the North America Credit Team based in Johnston, Iowa. This role is responsible for processing Deferred Payment Loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with established procedures. The position is customer-facing and involves regular interaction with customers, lenders, and internal commercial teams. Additional responsibilities include performing basic account reconciliations and assisting with process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing credit and collections operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Deferred Payment Loan applications and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with customers, lenders, and internal business partners regarding credit-related matters
  • Perform basic account reconciliations
  • Support credit and collections activities
  • Participate in process improvement projects and operational initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
 
Qualifications:
  • Prior general office or administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
