Painter

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Painter skilled in both interior and exterior painting for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surface preparation, coatings, and application techniques to deliver high-quality, durable finishes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming

• Apply paints, stains, and coatings to interior and exterior commercial spaces

• Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment safely and efficiently

• Follow project specifications, schedules, and safety guidelines

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial interior and exterior painting

• Knowledge of paints, coatings, and surface preparation methods

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
