Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking customer orders accurately and packing them for shipment in a timely and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products according to order sheets or handheld scanners

• Pack items securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during shipping

• Label packages with shipping information and verify shipping documents

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Conduct quality checks to ensure correct items are picked and undamaged

• Restock shelves and report any inventory discrepancies

• Follow safety guidelines and report any safety concerns to supervisors

• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) if trained

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures

• Shift-based schedules; overtime may be required during peak seasons
