What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage day-to-day field operations. Oversee teams, coordinate work activities, ensure safety compliance, manage materials and resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time while meeting quality standards.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, piping, or related technical field operations
Proven supervisory or leadership experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or layouts
Strong understanding of system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
OSHA 30 certification
Relevant trade license or certification (Journeyman or State license preferred)
Experience managing teams, materials, and schedules
Valid driver’s license
