Seeking an Operations Manager to support and lead facility operations, including backup for the Facility Manager and overseeing a safe, efficient environment.
Lead the Operations team, drive production, reduce costs, and manage small capital projects.
Collaborate with Maintenance to prioritize repairs, optimize equipment, and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
Assist in troubleshooting complex process equipment such as distillation columns, rotating machinery, and control systems.
Develop and manage capital projects, ensuring safety standards and ISO compliance.
Qualifications include a BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, 7+ years in petrochemical or related industries, and 3+ years supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, hands-on approach, and EHS knowledge required.
