Supervise daily office support functions at a new, advanced plant, including accounts payable, receivable, records, and general tasks.
- Lead and develop office staff through training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Design and maintain filing and recordkeeping systems, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Improve operational efficiency and prepare reports for management.
- Manage office supplies, handle customer inquiries, and supervise reception if needed.
- Coordinate with management on reports and production metrics.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications include
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on stairs/ladders.
- Proficiency with office systems and software.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least three years of clerical and office management experience.
