We are seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator to greet new patients, take records (x-rays, photos, scans), and assist with treatment planning. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean environment, sterilizing equipment, collaborating with Treatment Coordinators to ensure case acceptance, informing patients about payment options and insurance, and assisting at other clinics as needed. The role requires a high school diploma/GED, bilingual Spanish skills, at least 6 months chairside experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to travel between locations.
