We are seeking a full-time New Patient Coordinator to join a growing orthodontic practice with multiple locations.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, taking records (x-rays, photos, scans), assisting with sterilization and maintaining a clean environment. You will collaborate with Treatment Coordinators to facilitate case acceptance, discuss payment options and insurance, and participate in marketing events. Travel to multiple practice locations is required.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of chairside experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to travel.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday with competitive pay of $17/hour, plus benefits such as paid training, bonuses, insurance, retirement plans, and discounts on orthodontic treatments.
