Responsibilities include hosting audit meetings, tracking results, conducting gap analyses, coordinating follow-up reviews, and managing travel logistics. The role requires strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication, and ability to manage diverse teams. The candidate may also serve as a trainer at SIS Academies and support data collection for training plans.
Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, manufacturing and training program expertise, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include SIS audit experience, WCM methodology knowledge, trainer certification, and data analysis abilities.
