We are seeking an experienced MVD Clerk to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves serving as the main contact for inquiries, policy adjustments, and claims support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fingerprinting the public for MVD-related services such as TSA Prescreen, driver licenses, and registrations.
  • Providing customer support via calls, emails, and chats for policy questions, billing, and coverage details.
  • Processing and updating various insurance policies with accuracy.
  • Assisting clients with the claims process, explaining coverage, and coordinating with claims adjusters.
  • Resolving complex client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Reviewing policies to identify coverage gaps and recommending upgrades.
  • Maintaining precise records of client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Full and part-time positions are available, with work in-office, Monday through Friday.
