What You'll Do
As a Mentoring Program Assistant, you'll play a key role in shaping meaningful connections and supporting youth development by:

  • Recruiting, screening, and training community volunteers to become mentors
  • Partnering with referral sources to identify youth who will benefit from the program
  • Supporting families through advocacy, casework, and engaging activities
  • Maintaining accurate records, including program data and client information
  • Providing ongoing guidance, training, and support to mentors
  • Representing the program at community events (local travel required)
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 21 hours per week
Flexibility: Some evenings and weekends required for events

What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree in Human Services or related field preferred)
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
