Job Title:
Mental Health Coordinator - LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Overview:

This pivotal role involves planning and delivering non-medical clinical mental health services within our facility, ensuring compassionate, effective care. Required Skills:
- Valid and active California license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Proven experience in mental health service delivery and crisis intervention
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform duties with professionalism and compassion
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evening shifts as needed
- US Citizenship for ICE clearance purposes
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities
- Experience in outpatient or inpatient mental health settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Prior experience working with diverse populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Current active CA license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- Previous experience working in facility-based mental health programs
Other Requirements:
- Availability for 8-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends (auto-offer of 40 hours/week)
- Must obtain ICE clearance (anticipated 4-6 weeks), with immediate eligibility to start after clearance
- Willingness to travel and/or receive reimbursements when applicable
- Willing to work day and evening shifts as scheduled

Hourly Pay Rate: $70.35
