Memory Care Manager


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Memory Care Manager to oversee our Memory Care Unit at one of our recently acquired properties in Ocala, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate professional to lead a specialized team and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the Memory Care Unit, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents

- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs and preferences

- Supervise and support staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high standards of care

- Coordinate and oversee daily activities and programs designed to enhance residents' quality of life

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

- Monitor residents' health and well-being, collaborating with healthcare providers as needed

- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to resident care and staff performance


Skills and Qualifications:

- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification

- Proven experience working with dementia residents in a memory care setting

- Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or a similar environment

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living and memory care

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
