Performs diversified secretarial duties supporting management and/or a physician, including typing correspondence, scheduling appointments, transmitting documents, recordkeeping, maintaining files, taking meeting minutes, and handling receptionist tasks.
Maintains office inventory and orders supplies, performing related duties as needed.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior clerical experience, effective communication skills, and availability to work Monday-Friday any shift between 7:00am-7:00pm.
The salary range is $20.00/hour, with potential modifiers based on experience and other factors.
