This position involves performing diversified secretarial duties to support management and/or a physician.
Responsibilities include typing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, transmitting documents via computer, mail, and fax, recordkeeping, maintaining files, taking meeting minutes, handling receptionist tasks, managing office inventory, and ordering supplies.
Qualifications required are a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior clerical experience, effective communication skills, and availability to work Monday-Friday during any 8-hour shift between 7:00am-7:00pm.
