Medical Assistant Lead
Are you a leader who is passionate about teaching and making a difference in the health of our communities? Community Health of Central Washington–Ellensburg has an opening for a full-time MA Lead who has strong leadership, clinical and communication skills. You will apply your knowledge of medical assisting to educate and assist medical assistant staff to continually learn and improve their skills and efficiency per CHCW protocol. Must be comfortable with administering immunizations and working with all age groups to assist our providers and nursing teams in an outpatient family medicine setting.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED is required.
- Graduation from accredited MA Program is required.
- Active WA MAC license is required.
- Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- BLS card is required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred and a plus!
- Pre-employment drug screen is required.
Pay Details:
- $20.40 - $27.02 hourly.
- $1.00 bilingual differential (must pass ALTA).
- $1.30 lead differential.
