Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and execution of bold and visionary marketing strategies designed to amplify our brand presence across diverse platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping all marketing communications, including agency collaboration, dynamic social and digital media management, impactful events and partnerships, strategic PR and influencer engagement, and robust CRM initiatives. Marketing Strategy Development:
Champion the creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies that are infused with creativity and passion tailored to enhance brand visibility and engagement through various platforms including social and digital media, PR/Influencers, email marketing and events/partnerships/brand collaborations.
Role of Coaching and Mentorship:
Inspire, mentor, and nurture the marketing intern and team members, fostering their professional growth while encouraging a collaborative and innovative team spirit.
Agency Management:
Lead day-to-day meetings and execution with agencies, focusing on social media, PR/influencers, SEO/GEO optimization, digital media and websites.
Manage website updates.
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution:
Conceive and implement captivating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Plan, execute, and track marketing promotions and campaigns on social media platforms.
Content Creation and Community Management:
Craft compelling content that embodies the essence of our brand, showcasing creativity and enthusiasm. Engage with online communities and respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback, fostering positive brand relationships.
Leads Marketing Events, Activities and Brand Collaborations
Orchestrate a vibrant calendar of events, activities, and collaborations that reflect our brand values and stimulate incremental revenue growth. Innovate customer relationship management (CRM) strategies that enhance every interaction with our guests.
Manage customer relationship management (CRM) efforts)
Prepare recommendation for customer outreach (pre-visit, during visit, post-visit) leveraging existing technology and customer data bases.
Lead development of email marketing and newsletters.
Budget Management & Performance Tracking:
Assist in the preparation of the marketing budget. Track and monitor expenses related to marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Conduct performance analysis and create reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay passionately informed about emerging marketing trends and audience engagement strategies to uncover exciting opportunities for branding and outreach.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing efforts.
