Manage sales activities within a designated area or district, overseeing staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop effective sales programs.
Coordinate sales distribution by establishing territories, quotas, and goals, while advising dealers, distributors, and clients on sales and advertising strategies.
Analyze sales data and market trends to create sales policies, campaigns, and product standardization efforts.
Represent the company at industry events and serve as a liaison between sales and other departments.
Conduct sales meetings, monitor expenditures to stay within budgets, and prepare sales reports highlighting volume and potential.
Participate in product research and development as needed.
Minimum qualifications include 8-10 years of real estate management experience, key account management skills, leadership ability, strong communication and computer skills, analytical and organizational capabilities, and P&L experience.
