Mainframe Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Application Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise‑scale applications within the Retail and Supply Chain domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, and SQL, along with experience supporting mission‑critical mainframe systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, and SQL
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and implement business requirements
• Design and optimize database structures and queries to support retail and supply chain processes
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely fixes and enhancements
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system and data integration

Required Skills:

• Strong mainframe development experience (COBOL, DB2, CICS)
• Experience working with Retail clients
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
