Our dedicated team in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join an innovative Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) for Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In this vital role, you will help promote wellness, independence, and a supportive environment for residents, making a meaningful impact every day.

Required Skills:
  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN license and up-to-date CPR certification
  • Strong knowledge of IDD care practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to residents’ well-being
  • Ability to follow detailed care plans and document accurately

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience working in an ICF or similar setting
  • Knowledge of specific Pennsylvania state regulations and compliance standards
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in IDD or residential care settings
  • Familiarity with federal and state regulations related to developmental disabilities

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for 3-5 AM shifts, including PRN coverage
  • Ability to complete 5 consecutive days of daylight orientation (Monday through Friday)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
  • Reliable transportation for commute and possible travel reimbursements
  • Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications
