Contract Type: W2 only
Duration: 12 months plus
Location: Atlanta, GA (remote for now). Candidates must be physically present in East Coast.
Pay Rate: $42 - $45 Per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Management Specialist to join our team, based in Atlanta, GA (currently remote with East Coast presence required). This role focuses on maintaining the integrity and accuracy of location master data within our Logistics and Supply Chain department. The successful candidate will support business processes, ensure compliance with workflows, and enhance data quality through effective communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track location tickets and communicate with requesting teams on status and progress.
• Maintain and update location codes in support of business operations.
• Provide support to external projects requiring access to location master data.
• Contribute to KPIs by conducting basic queries and building dashboards to monitor data health.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for managing location master data.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software including SQL, macros, and pivot tables.
• Experience with database management, data entry, and conducting data audits.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Industry Experience Required:

• Familiarity with Logistics, Trade Compliance, and Supply Chain Warehousing environment preferred
