We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for a well-established boutique litigation firm with offices in Syracuse, Uniondale, Buffalo, and Fishkill.
Must relocate to one of these locations; this is an in-office role. The compensation range is $100,000 - $220,000, including salary and bonuses, based on experience.
Ideal candidates have 1-5 years of civil litigation and insurance defense experience, a strong academic record, proven writing skills, and are licensed in New York State.
Responsibilities include handling cases from inception to trial, drafting pleadings and motions, and taking/defending depositions.
