Position: LPN
Location: Newport, VT
Contract Duration: 8+ Weeks
Shift Details: 7 PM - 7:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36.00
Pay - $37.00/-W2
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients/residents by collecting vital signs, observing conditions, and promptly reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise, mentor, and ensure quality care provided by unlicensed support staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical or vocational nursing.
- Active LPN license from the State Board of Nursing, or eligibility for licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required for skilled nursing centers or as mandated by state regulations for assisted living facilities).
