Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, occasional evenings and/or weekends possible
Salary: $28.10 - $34.65(based on experience)

About the job:
The LPN is responsible for the effective management and provision of participant medications provided via the PACE medication department. The LPN Med Tech administers medications, implements primary care orders, and evaluates participant needs physically and/or by telephone; provides education to Senior CommUnity Care participants and caregivers in regards to plan of care and medications; and communicates with participant’s primary care givers, physician, clinic staff and PACE Interdisciplinary Team.
