About the Role:
We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent who can consistently convert leads into bound policies. You will spend the majority of your day on the phone, speaking with prospective customers who have requested insurance information. Your job is to assess needs, present solutions confidently, overcome objections, and close.
This role rewards performance. Top producers make very good money. Average performers do not last.
Salary Range: $65000.00 - $110000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Make a high volume of outbound and inbound sales calls daily
- Text and email through our crm
- Quote and sell insurance policies to new prospects
- Confidently ask for the sale and close deals on the phone
- Follow a proven sales process while bringing your own edge and personality
- Accurately document activity and results in the CRM
- Follow underwriting and compliance guidelines
- Consistently hit or exceed sales goals
What Success Looks Like:
- High call activity(150-300 calls depending on talk-time)
- Strong close ratios
- Consistent production
- Hitting goals month after month($50,000 in premium bound)
- Earning commissions that reflect performance
Requirements
What Were Looking For (Non-Negotiable):
- Active Texas General Lines Property and Casualty insurance license
- Active Texas Life Insurance License
- Proven ability to sell and close over the phone
- Comfortable making outbound calls all day
- Competitive mindset and strong desire to win
- Confidence handling objections and rejection
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
- Strong communication skills and command of conversations
