- Serves as Registered Agent for legal notices and manages confidentiality and trademark renewals.
- Supports governance activities and ensures audit-ready documentation.
- Requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with legal or contract operations.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and paralegal certification preferred. The role involves managing sensitive information, collaborating across teams, and working in a fast-paced environment.
